This job, we were sub contracted in to re roof multiple properties in the heart of Newcastle city centre. The specification was Iko Mach one with an additional layer of underlay support.
The scope of works was to fully strip, re board with new 18mm plywood and install a new 3 layer IKO Mach One system. This consists of a heat activated vapour control layer, 130mm insulation, heat activated underlayer and a partially bonded mineral cap-sheet with welded seams. Duration - 8 weeks
